Terrain Design

 

Terrain is a studio offering Graphic design services, done up by Basit & Darryl Lim whom had met each other and studied together back in their Laselle days. Basit is a foreign talent who is from Pakistan mixed U.S, and lived in Chicago. Places he and areas he worked in are such as Ogilvy & Mather, Ideation marketing, Dotdotdot magazine, etc. Where as for Darryl who jokingly followed after, said he studied and graduated in Singapore all his life. Though varying from different backgrounds, Basit and Darryl both spoke with strong confidence and experience as they covered about their lives as Graphic designers. 

 

Various Works featured have shown their unique sense of style in hybrid graphic design. Both of them like to add a tinge of neon and silver, a little touch to their sense of styling and branding. Their style is very much towards minimalism, very typographic mixed with graphics

and images. They do a combination of Branding and Information Design. Some things they cover are identity development, rebranding, brand positioning, visual strategy, naming strategy, website, interactive design, sinage, way finding and publication.
